Hi I think it really depends . For example in some countries they do not have cup sizes but unique sizes . For example a 34 C, 36 A, and 32 DD would be the same size in Brazil. Hence for that reason most women will prefer a smaller number with a bigger cup so that they feel slimmer but with large breasts . However I agree with you that the size will vary with each manufacturer. Very nice article
