Bra fitters letting bigger women down According to a new report, published today in The Express, larger-breasted women are being squeezed into the wrong-sized bra because of high street stores' poor fitting services. It's an all-too-familiar tale, women being given the wrong size of bra because the shop assistants aren't trained properly (or are not confident enough to do the job) and i really shouldn't be the case. A group of undercover researchers for Which? Magazine with cup sizes of DD or bigger were offered such poor lingerie fittings that in many cases a cheap market-stall bra would have been better, often being given different bra sizes in different stores, with one woman told her bust size was 34FF in one shop but 40D in another. John Lewis got the best score at 45 per cent, for overall service, closely followed by Bravissimo at 43%. Marks & Spencer scored 36% with Debenhams on 35%. We've said it before, and we'll keep saying it - there's no excuse for a poorly-fitting bra. Visit our bra fitting guide for some good advice on finding the right bra for you, and get remeasured regularly! 0 Comments: |
